Delete your account and data

This permanently removes your Ian profile and location, interests, saved outings, calendar and reminders, bookmarks and source requests, text-message settings/history, and sign-in sessions on every device.

We close pending Ian web checkouts, cancel Ian web subscriptions, and request removal of your dedicated Stripe customer record before removing your account. If that cannot be completed safely, deletion stops so you can retry or contact support.

Apple or Google subscriptions: cancel these in the store where you bought them. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.

Limited transaction, security and operational audit records may be retained where needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes. Unlinked service-cost totals and shared public event listings remain. Providers may retain required records under their own policies. See our deletion and retention details.
