Request deletion of some of your data

Your Friend Ian is operated by Big Moments Company. You can request the deletion of selected personal information without closing your Ian account.

Tell us what you want removed

Fill out this request and choose Open email to send request. Your email app will open with your request prepared; you must send the email to submit it. Your account remains active.

Which data would you like deleted?

If your email app does not open, email inbox@yourfriendian.com directly with the subject “Partial data deletion request”. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents in your first email.

What happens next?

We will verify that the account belongs to you before removing account-linked information. We may ask you to confirm your request from your account email. We will explain if any information must be retained for legal, payment, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Requests do not automatically cancel subscriptions or delete your whole account. For full account deletion, visit Delete your Ian account.
