The program
Your Friend Ian is operated by Pop the Q LLC (registered messaging Brand: POP THE Q), trading as Big Moments Company. This optional program provides automated personalized local outing suggestions and reminders about your saved plans and upcoming outings. It does not enroll you in Big Moments Company’s separate texting program.
Your choice
Opt in by signing in, opening Settings → Text messages, entering your own mobile number, checking the optional consent box, and choosing Save text preferences. The box is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase or using Ian. Email signup and Facebook Messenger conversations do not provide SMS consent. If the program expands beyond this disclosure, we will request appropriate consent before sending those messages.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your preferences and saved reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s charges and service terms apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Check venue and event details before heading out.
Stop or get help
You can stop texts in Settings → Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. A final unsubscribe confirmation may follow an opt-out. Contact questions@bigmomentscompany.com for assistance. SMS choices do not change email or Messenger preferences.
Privacy
We record your number, consent disclosure and version, consent time, and withdrawal of consent. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers process information only as needed to operate the service. Read the SMS privacy notice.
